NO HUMAN BEINGS WORK AT DSTV ANYMORE

My DSTV account is paid each month and each month I am cut of for non-payment. The fault each time on the side of DSTV.

However the main issue is that you CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING AT THE CALL CENTER ANYMORE. There is only their "award winning voice genie" which certainly wins in my book too - the award for the most ineffective and frustrating customer service experience I have ever had.

The emails are replied to by a computer with an auto response telling me how much I am appreciated or whatever and how I must please not reply to this email.

It's all just too much {IRONICALLY?!!! } sci-fi "WE'RE ALL GOING TO BE RULED BY ROBOTS" for me.

This email is not actually a complaint. It's a very desperate and hopeful attempt at making contact with a human being in the flesh at the DSTV company who might assist me and help me enjoy the service I have paid for which I am currently going without needlessly.
