My DSTV has been disconnected since 2012. So this year i decide to reconnect but when i call in to the contact centre to my surprise i am in arrears for the month of FEBRUARY 2013 (which by the way my DSTV was disconnected). I called in to get this resolved and as usual nobody can assist and everyone needs to look in to it and get back to you but they do not.

I have received an SMS from a debt collecting company as well as a statement stipulating that i am in arrears for 60 days.

I work in a contact centre and if DSTV management does not want to take responsibility for the incompetent staff they have being the voice ambassadors of DSTV then bring me in to train them.

I do hope that this matter will be resolved soonest because if i receive another communication telling me that i owe DSTV money then i will be taking this to another level.

I would also appreciate somebody with answers to contact me. One phone call telling me that this is resolved!!
