BAD SERVICE!!! MONEY TAKEN!!!

ABSA vehicle finance phoned me two weeks back an offered me one of their cover products which costs R143, i agreed and i was also told that it would be debited on the 1st of february and that i was able to cancel the policy before then, i called them last week to cancel the cover and was told that the cover had not been added to my account so everything was fine, i normally pay R2703 a month but this month they deducted R2846, i phoned them yesterday to ask why they added the R143 to my debit order then i was told that the cover was added, but i was previously told that it wasn't, then i told the call centre agent to check the call logs to see my call from last week and he said to me that the call wasn't logged and that he can only cancel it next month and has to take another R143 next month which is rubbish because now i'm losing money for their bad service!! I want it cancelled immediately and my money returned and i want ABSA to listen back to my calls if they do really record them!! Unacceptable
