I call to add on another package and I spoke to a lady Nombuyiselo I asked her to cancel my Drifta and she told me she can't I asked to speak to her manager and she refuse I told her this calls is record and I will report her, when I asked for her surname she dropped the call on me... how rude can Multichoice consultants be, is this the service Multichoice offer... I don't believe this my word.
I would like a manager to listen to this call
