8 weeks ago I phoned the Star Sat call centre, was quoted and paid for 2 HD decoders.

After a number of emails regarding not receiving the materials I received an excuse phone call on the afternoon of the 9/12/2013 that the call centre seemed to miss quote the price when I phoned on the 15/11/2013 (about 15:00))

The call agent advised that the matter would be resolved, and would get back to me, but since then there has been no contact nor any sign of the 2 HD decoders.
The money has been sitting in Star Sat's bank account since the 15/11/2013.

This leads me to ask if Sat Sat is incompetent or are from the public?
