Incorrectly billed for two dstv decoders

I realized recently that I have been billed for two decoders. I called the call centre during July 2012 to activate Xtra View - I have a 1110 decoder and had purchased an additional HD PVR. I spoke to a lady and asked her to activate my Xtra View for the two decoders. She then put me through to a male technician. The technician first spoke to me and then later spoke to my husband to activate the Xtra View.

On Monday, 24 June 2013, I called the call centre to find out why I was being billed for two decoders since August 2012 seeing that I did activate Xtra View in 2012. The first operator told me that it was captured that I DID call in to activate my Xtra View in July 2012. She put me through to the lady whom I spoke to that day. The lady then said that there was no record of me activating Xtra View which is not the truth and even said she had no recollection of me speaking to a male technician. She accused me of putting down the phone in the middle of the conversation which is a blatant lie. She said she will escalate the matter.

On 29 June 2013, I called back, and there is still no feedback. DSTV now owes me almost R8000 for not correctly activating my Xtra View.
