After nearly a month still waiting

I bought 3 top tv decoders in april 2013 think it was on the 11th from house and home in menlyn. On the 17 or 18th of april 2013 I contacted top tv to authorise/connect and arrange for them to be installed. One of the 3 decoders is for my sister, she phoned the same day and time as me but spoke to another call centre agent and her decoder is on and they came and installed it aswell. My two decoders has been activated but no one has phoned me as yet to come install the dishes and cables since the 17th of april. Its may the 16th today..tomorrow will be a month. I did phone a week ago and told that agent I'm still waiting..then we found out they took down my contact number incorrectly..so this time the agent took my correct number. But even after that I'm still waiting for suone to contact me to arrange for the installation. We have another top tv decoder that we bought when they were first launched. Now I have two extra decoders and this is the service I get after being a loyal customer since the launch of top tv. Well atleast after this complaint I know I will get service.
