On 30.11. I ordered two HD decoders from Star Sat and made an EFT (with proof of payment) the same day. I was told delivery does not take more than seven working days. Almost three weeks later the "customer service" still feeds me with "we will escalate" that matter and phone you back. Of course they never did.
