Poor Service

I am a subcriber to Top TV which now is Star Sat! I have a pay a month fee, but almost every time u switch the TV on to watch something there is a technicial problem!!!
If I don't pay you'll ready to call and harress for payment but the entire December we could not even get a hour off uninterrupted viewing!!

What type of service is this!! It is terrible to know that I am paying for such viewing, constant black screen n technicial problem.

Will u refund me for all your technicial problems???
