R100 rip off

Ive been customer for over 1 year 6 months, I recently switched to debit order, then last month I had one unpaid, so now I must pay R100 (they say they gave me R100 for switching to debit order so if I get one unpaid D.O I must pay them back the R100) plus the R50 reconnection fee.
