On the 19th of december my decoder switched of and showed a technical message on screen saying tht I needed to call into the calll centre for assistance. I did this and was told that a software upgrade was in progress and that I will be able to view channels by Friday the 20th as it would that a day for the upgrade. On saturday evenig the 21st I called again nd was ask to check and re set my decoders settings which I done, and still nothing happened. The agent I spoke to said she would log a technical fault and a technician would call me back. This never happened either. I called back om monday the 23rd and was told the same, but still no one called me back. On friday the 27th I once again called top tv (STARSAT) WHO THEN TOLD ME THE SAME STORY . I am so sick of hearing " we understand your frustration" but nothing has been done to date. I am a pre laid customer, meaning that I have to pay before I can view, and I purchased my voucher in the 1st December for 30 days and now im without channels for 12 days already and top tv has my money (starsat). Please help hello peter.
