Good day

I have made a payment to Wonga on 27 February 2013 and have sent through proof of payment of the said payment. I have received no correspondence from them. I checked a few days later and saw that the amount due was still showing, and it had now grown with added interest. I contacted the customer service department and was asked to wait 24-48hours, for the system to update and this would be rectified by then.
I check the following week and saw according to the website, I still had an amount due and this was now even higher than previous. I again contacted the customer service department and informed them of this and the fact that I have emailed my proof of payment. I was asked to send the proof again. This I then did.

I checked today (27/03/2013) again, a month after the payment and noticed that the payment is "still due".
I contacted the customer service again and spoke to a gentleman named Ashley, who immediately put me on hold and I did not hear from him again.
I called back and was told that I must wait another 24-48 hours.

I am extremely unhappy with the way things are going with this account right now, and would like the matter resolved soonest
