After 6 months account still not sorted

We have spoken to numerous people at multichoice since August 2012 about this account everymonth we send proof of payment for the August payment and are told every month that the problem will be sorted out. No one there seems to be doing their jobs and keep giving empty promises as every month I get a message saying that my account is not paid and my dstv is cut.
