It has 3 or 4 times they have cut my services (viewing line) but to my surprise my account is up to date. when i call them they tell me that its their system that is cutting my line and they admit the problem its on their site because my account is up to date. its already 3 or 4 times they have cut my line/service and every time i have to call them in order to get my service/line back. the last person i was talking to said he Will escalate the matter. my worry is how long will it take in order the matter to be sorted? i have already spend a lot of airtime in call them and still um not guaranteed if the matter will be sorted. please help a brother out.
