Late delivery & no call back from manage

I placed an order through Woolworths on-line, with the option of choosing a convenient date & time for delivery. On the day of delivery, my order still has not arrived 1.5 hours after the stipulated time. I contacted on-line services & was told the store was running late & the order would arrive before 13.30. I explained that I was unhappy about the service. It would not be the first time experiencing problems with Woolworths on-line. I was assured that I would receive a call back from a manager & am still waiting for this call. Why plan your day, why be given the option to choose a date & time for delivery when the company responsible cannot honour this? My day has come to a complete standstill waiting for the order to arrive. You cannot buy back time! It is disturbing that big companies like Woolworths pride themselves on excellent customer service when reality portrays a vastly different picture. My account has however been debited with the purchase, so Woolworths are quick to take your money, but they simply cannot honour on-line requests timorously. It is unprofessional. Their late start to the day shouldn't be the consumers' problem. I will not engage Woolworths on-line again
