Ad very bad service

Star sat so far has the worst customer services eva, they have no value for our money and just don't give a dame about there customers I paid via easy pay this morning now I must wait 24 hours to view I used R60 airtime on there call center that just dosent care to answer, when they eventually do answer no one can reactivate the services its automated so u must wait, acc dept dosent take calls. I'm sooo unhappy. This is suppose to be the 1st prepaid media house but they cannot even capture and reativate an account when paid we have to wait 24 hours?
