My phone went in for repairs over 3 months ago. I confirmed with customer service that they should add the repair amount to my usual monthly debit order over 2 months. they then proceeded to debit a totally different account to my usual debit order account. The account they used is no longer in use, but still open, the bank allowed the debit to go off, but I was charged for going into a debit amount. they then debited the same account the following 2 months and the debits were returned and I was charged by my bank again! I then did a manual eft for the balance outstanding and a customer service agent guaranteed that they would refund me the bank charges incurred amounting to R198, that month they lowered my debit order, which I assumed were for the charges. I now keep getting messages and having my line cut as they say I owe them for the repair. I have contacted 140 numerous times and this matter is still not sorted out! my line was cut again yesterday and then re-instated as they say they can see my account is up to date. I am at my wits end as to how to resolve this, when I asked customer service who else I can speak to they say don't worry, its been escalated. To who?!?
