Rent movies that don't play and money not refund

Hi i rented two movies on the 22 nd which froze when i tried to view it. I called in and was told the money would be refunded and i should wait for it to expireand try to rent it again. I tried to rent it now again but the money was never refunded. I would like to know what happened to my fifty rand please. How can i pay for movies and not be able to watch them. The call centre employee was not able to assist.
