Paid R300 fo HD decoder R279 service no delivery

Since November Toptv or Starset as they call themselves now have given me the worse service in terms of reception I cannot watch anything because the service cuts of and reboot every two or three minutes.

So I called to report this problem I was told that I needed the new HD as my old decoder cannot function properly now. I asked for the banking details and Mr Baloyi promptly sent them via my email. He called me to ask if I had received the details I checked and they were there. I emailed him back acknowledging receipt of information, Two days passed and I got another call encouraging me to pay for my decoder. He also assured me that if I paid before 12 pm I could have the delivery the same day. So on the 20th of December I paid and emailed him proof of payment and called during the day to make sure they had received this information.
He called me back to say he will now lodge it to be processed immediately and he will let me know by the end of the day. I have called several times and every time I am told they will call back. Is Toptv going to reimburse me for the month of December on interrupted reception? When am I getting the decoder?
