STILL NO DECODER

Paid for the new decoder on the 18th November and was initially advised 24hours delivery time. Every time I phone in I am told should not take so long and the matter will be escalated (a well loved word in the call centre) Well all this escalation still has not resulted in me getting the decoder. It is over 3 weeks now without being able to watch TV due to a faulty decoder. Starting to think perhaps I should go without and get my money back - including my instalment for December which has also been paid!!!
