PAID AND STILL NO SERVICE!!!

On the 2nd of Aug i paid the account, as i know my children would become my enemy if i didn't so on Thursday, 8th, i wake up and account deactivated. Ok, i call in and i was told my account was not paid. the whole day i try to fax the pop but alas no use. i waited till the Saturday and called and tried to faxed and call. and was then advised to email it directly to an agent, which i did, She saved us!! so it was on. Friday, 16th, the evening, was raining really badly.. so there was somewhat little reception, didn't mind. Saturday morning however i awoke to 3 screaming toddlers stating that they couldn't watch TV. i checked, it went on. then a few minutes later the reception died. i called in 4 times and spoke to someone in Data. we reset the decoder 3 times and still no luck to only be told that my ACCOUNT WAS NOT PAID! the nerve! i then had to call BACK AGAIN, to only be told that I Should get an installer to take a look at my decoder and then call BACK AGAIN so that my services is restored??? LIKE REALLY??? why was it off in the first place? why after doing what i was told, do i now have to pay someone to fix what I DID NOT BREAK!!! PLSE TELL ME!!!
