I RECENTLY DECIDED TO CHANGE OVER TO TOPTV, I THEN PURCHASED A DECODER IN DECEMBER 2012.TO REGISTER AS A TOPTV SUBSCIBER I HAD TO SMS MY DETAILS AS INSTRUCTED ON THE PACKAGE, WITHIN A WEEK A TOPTV CONSULTANT CALLED ME TO CONFIRM MY DETAILS AND SAID I WOULD BE CALLED BACK WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK TO CONFIRM INSTALLATION, NO-ONE HAS SINCE CALLED OR COME TO INSTALL (ITS NOW BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS) AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WATCH TV, YOU TOPTV!!!
