Bought the package for R599 on the 14th of December i asked 4it to be installed on the 19th but it wasn't although they kept me informed by phone and finally it was installed on the 22nd of December i then made a payment on the 24th of December i called the call centre and they assured me its working to my surprise when i got home it wasn't, so as i don't stay where the DSTV is installed i called the call centre and i was told i should reboot by switching it of from the plug i told them to do that and it still didn't work so now the problem is that the dish is just by the door and when one goes in the house they bump it. When my cousin told the technician while installing it he said there's nothing he can do i mean really now is that the best answer he could come up with.
I paid for the service and i expect multichoice to fix this problem as i have paid and the people at home cant watch the thing
It should also be moved from the door, I'm sure there's other places where they can get signal :-(
