I bought Dstv from Game Keywest in Aug and was given a no. of Multichoice employee 2 install it. 3months after dish was loose and no signal, I called the guy and 4 3days he kept promising to come and fix it until I eventually went back 2 Game & called him from their phone. Dats wen discovered dat de person who installed my dish is actually nt working 4 Multichoice bt working for the Multichoice employee. This Oscar guy who works 4 Multichoice apologised that I was inconvinienced 4 3days as his employee did not notify him of my calls. The prblm was fixed bt 2 weeks after same prblm. The dish is loose n lost signal. I called Oscar on Sat around 12noon & he promised to be here Monday morning which is 2day. I called @10 dis morning and he said 3pm. Now its after 7pm m still without signal and no tv 4 de 6th day in the month. I'm very angry about this coz I pay everymonth but m not able to watch tv and I keep wasting so much airtime. Its unacceptable that my dish be installed by an unqualified person and then when it gives me problems I am not helped. M very frustrated and need urgent assistance in this matter coz m pretty sure even if they fix it, it might do de same in anoda 2weeks
