When we phoned to ask about this, we had to hold on for more than 35 minutes and still no answer.
Leaving me to do all the run around, when I can not see if this was no fault from my side.
Question to the accounts /billing department how do they reconcile the accounts of many viewers to DSTV?
Reversal was passed on my account through a 3rd party, which amount is now reflecting on my side as arrears, how ever account is paid up to date.

How many viewers does this effect and do not know about it. Does Multichoice know what they are doing?
Most unprofessional service ever received from them in 15 years being supporting them. Maybe it is time to give my support to another entertainment company.
