Disgusting service, same problem every month

i was previously refunded because you guys went and debited mny account without my consent.i have to make 10 calls and only when i went to Runburg i was refunded after 3 hrs.this was 3 months ago, everymonth you send me and sms remindinf me to go and pay and also cancell my subscription, i have to make a call and explain what happen d innitially, and then my services will be open, the following month same thing happens.

NB: WHY DONT YOU UPDATE YOUR RECORDS.

i know my subscription will be cancelled again and i will have to call and explain the same thing again,

the last call i made was on 23november. i mention to consultant who helped me that i know he will noe escalate and nothing will be done.
