Vodacom billing for subscription I don't know of

Good day

My name is Constance am not impressed by the service i got from Vodacom. I have a contract with Vodacom and they charge me R100 every month for data bundles i receive. The past 3 months i have been charged more than they suppose to and when i complain about it they tell me i have subscribed to a network called Nero networks which i don`t even know of, every month when i complain they call center agents and the managers promise that it has been cancelled but come month end i get a bill with the subscription i don`t know of. Already 2 managers promised to call me back within a time frame but never did call back. They also promised that Nero network will give me a call with regards to the reversal they have been charging, but am not receiving any response from anyone. I am really unhappy about there service as every month i need to call in and speak to different agents where i need to explain my self the same thing again and again.
