Upgraded my subscription months ago and it has not worked properly since the upgrade. The decoder eventually has been swapped out and now I can not get box office titles. I was told it would only be downloaded after 7 days. I pay a premium for a service which I am not getting. The quality of the people attending to the calls is ridiculous. Incompetent doesn't begin to explain them and the level of frustration clients have to endure is so beyond belief...

Considering canceling my subscription...
