Got DSTV Premium on the 31st January- have the following problems:
1 - foreigner has to open an account in person and the one agent said I needed to bring my decoder but another agent 20 min away said not necessary
2. Service cut off for non-payment when I had paid and then incorrectly billed for re-connection
3. DSTV on demand not working - call centre said fixed but still not working 2 days later
4. No sound on TV linked to decoder
5. Call centre said they couldn't tell why the agent wanted the decoder
6. Agent put in wrong ID number so couldn't get assistance from call centre so had to go back to agent to get that resolved
7. Debit order request declined but no detailed reason given for resolution
8. Told to check account balance online but system showed technical error so had to call
9. 50 min call required to try and get all the above issues resolved and only one fixed
10. Asked for new stmt with updated billing and it was not sent and had to re-request 2 days
11. Auto system tells you your balance is due immediately even if only due on the next payment date -i.e today said immediately when actually due 1 Mar
12. No supervisor on hand - all in a meeting
