We have been DSTV subscribers since 1999. Recently actually in October this year I upgraded to PVR. I paid R7500 in advance, and two days later they cut our DSTV off. When I phoned they said we owed them R150 to qualify for a free month because we paid a year in advance and if we didn't pay that R150 within 48 hours they would cut us off completely. I went and paid it, and still every month they cut us off. Today when we phoned again the DSTV customer service said we have to pay R600 or else we will stay cut off. It's getting ridiculous and wasting my time and money. Every month it is the same problem and it is just not acceptable as I have paid much more than what is expected for each month.
