Dstv!!!

I have paid before the time due every month, either vir aft or at a shop. Every month my service gets cut coz the "can't find my payment" then I send it to them they reconnect my serive till the next time, usual half way through the month. I am sick and tired of spending my money on telkom, becoz of dstv. If they can't do a recon, its not my problem. I have sent proof through of all my payments and they havnt answered the email, that was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Hate dstv!!!
