DSTV MULTICHOICE- for not providing service

We have had dstv for the less than a year. For the most part we have paid for the service, up to 5months in advance&have yet to actually see something on the screen. We have had the same issues since last year October/November 2012&still no connection.

DSTV have told us that it was a technical fault - After (more than 8 calls to the call centre, @least 3 visits to Multichoice, we had the decoder replaced, tested&still no connection. DSTV told us of a technician that needs to come through to sort the matter, we had the person come through at our expense &we were told it was an issue with our tv. We have purchased a new TV and still no connection. We were therafter told that it may have been a connection error and that we needed to get the satelite dish installer, which we have done once again at our cost and suprise, suprise still no connection.
They continually provide us with the same scenarios&questions however its clearly not working after 4 months of doing the same thing. Why will they not assist a paying customer especially when the customer has paid in advance, done what they have asked, incurred the cost of calls, calls outs, new tv, etc.
Send a technician to rectify!
