Refund

Had an account with direct axis I have over paid the account last week I am still expecting refund from them. they said I should wait for ten days to be refunded. To my surprise I get debited by westbank now today they have debited my account account, I went to the bank to see if I can reverse the money was told to call Westbank, I have called Westbank they said there is nothing they can do from their side I need to call Direct axis, phoned direct axis they told me to go to back the bank to reverse the money. I really need speed refund to my account as I have other bills to pay I am not ready to wait any more.
