Funds taken in error and not yet refunded

I have had numerous amounts be taken off my bank account by Motion Fitness in Error, since November 2014. I have been promised that they will be refunded. I have been promised that the refund has been processed and that they are just waiting for the person who does internet banking to return on 2Jan, and the funds will be refunded immediately, yet nothing. I have phoned, emailed and phoned and emailed again, still nothing, expect... More funds in error taken off my account, and then long stories as to why they were taken. And then again, empty promises that they will be refunded. That refunded as once again been processed and signed, and it will now be refunded. However, I am still the one without my funds.
Bad bad service. Quick to take funds, and then on and no refund. I have even sent Motion Fitness my bank account details -just incase they couldn't find them (for the refund), but they clearly have them, as funds are going off my account.
I would love some answers and of course, refund of all amounts, plus the fee which the bank has now charged me.
