BoxOffice not replying to my fault logged

I paid and downloaded a movie "World War Z" from there DSTV desktop player. After watching it for about 20min it bombed out. Logged a fault #6560-395546970-1722 via the channels provided. Got a response from them and followed all that was suggested which did not remedy the problem. Then told that it was being referred to the technical department and have not heard from them since. Have ask many times on an update but seems it is once again a case of "out of sight out of mind" and get ignored. Can this get sorted or is just a case of lets the guy the once again!!!
