Yet again DTSV failed to run the monthly debit orders off credit card payments loaded on the site resulting in my account being R90 overdue (despite me having paid the full month in for as long as I can remember)..

They now have suspended my account and slapped me with an additional R50 reconnection fee.

They are no better that tow-truck drivers who spill oil on roads or take out lights to cause an accident just so they can get more business!!

I am utterly disgusted and 50 minutes on the phone to the call centre and I don't know what the status is of the debit order is. The (poor) operator finally had a manager confirm there was an error!

I thought I would try and solve the mystery online only to find:

ACCESS DENIED!
I'm sorry [Email Removed] you don't seem to have access to /self-service/my-account/subscriptions/credit-card-payments/

This is not the first time this has happened to me and this time a reconnection reversal and a 'sorry' won't cut it!

SORT IT OUT and reassure me you actually do care about your customers!
