Over billed on dstv account

At the end of October beginning November i disconnected my dstv account due to dstv not being watched by anyone at home, i than reactivated my package on a compact package and further changed to the premium package, i was told that i should only Pay about R150.
The next month i purchased another dstv decoder for my cottage and activated the compact package.
my total suppose to be R850.
in December my subscription was deactivated by myself from the 25th December up to the 6 January.
according to my understanding i was suppose to pay abit less than R850 due to a pro rata calculation.
someone at the dstv call centre activated both decoders on a premium package. my bill is currently sitting on R1295.
i have called the call center long before the due date advising them of my dispute on the amount im being charged. every single person i spoke to cannot assist me, they always seek for supervisor advise or assistance there is always no supervisors available to assist.
the most frustrating thing is that they advised me that they will call me but i have not recieved 1 call back.
a guy by the name of mpho reference number 120330468 advised me that i need to pay R1245 i paid R1250
