My payment was made on the 20/11/2013 for my mother and my account via EFT.Service was then suspended and called in to find my payment was not reflecting was instructed to send the proof of payment to [Email Removed] I have now laterally called in ten time and explained this story and been informed that it has been escalated. it is the 06/01/2014 alredy and still no feedback. I have spoken to numerous Team Leader who have also escalated Kagiso, Sello, Zanele, Lornia, Nompumelelo, Case number 4386264, 4386072 and through all the calls made and escalations my paymet is still unallocated. What do I need to do to get service from multichoice because this is insulting service I tell you. I have spent hundreds of rands calling in saveral time to have this resloved and service reactivated evry time, who is going to compensate me for this additional cost because of the incompetent service I an currently receiving from multichoice.
