Want to rent a film tonight as M-Net is showing rubbish again, send 2 SM'S's and no response. Call the call centre, 15 minutes for my call to be answered. Get told that it's a Cell-C net work problem and if I have another number I can register that. Seriously?
What me off with you clowns is that there is a mail system on PVR but you cannot be bothered to mail your clients (that would be providing a service) to inform them of this issue.
So I ask the consultant who I was talking to if he can load a movie for me and the answer I get is. They are doing maintenance every Sunday night from 9pm. So stuff your customers who pay the rip off price of R699 per month your freeking maintenance comes first. Why cant it be done from 12am.
Really tired of getting this type of service when been charged an arm an a leg. Just because you the biggest broadcaster in Africa does not give you fools the right to treat customers poorly. You have been getting your money every month for the last 8 years. So buck up
