ADT ARE THE!

What a load of rubbish service ADT are offering!! After recieving sms's to test my alarm system i do so only to find out that there is no signal received at ADT so when i phone to rectify this problem they want to send someone out at a cost of R 480.00, when i query when last a signal was infact received the response is: we havent received a signal for a looong time! so what am i paying for then? my R 350 a month is for monitoring and armed response? what are you monitoring? and how are you going to respond to my alarm if their is no signal. Then the lady tells me the monitoring is also for maintenance on the contract but because i own my own system they have to charge me to fix the no signal problem? So what maintenance exactly are you refering to? You cannot do maintenance, your arent monitoring and you definetly arent responding! so what are you doing beside me of my money every month!!
