My account was CLOSED in January, yet YOU continued to bill me. When bad debt is written off, this is reported to ITC. I need you to ACKNOWLEDGE you made a mistake and prove to me that you have INFORMED ITC of YOUR error and request that my records with ITC is rectified. I want confirmation of ITC's response to MC, confirming YOUR error has been rectified, NOT A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT!!! Management availability: These issues could have been resolved a month and a half ago, if a manager bothered to get in touch. I spoke with Mandla on Sunday, informed him of these issues. I received responses that did NOT address my issues. To receive E-mail after E-mail, informing me that YOU consider this issue resolved is shocking. No proper apology: Considering the number of complaints raised and the fact that I have to CONSTANTLY WASTE MY TIME to follow up. When you stuff up, give a heartfelt, sincere apology not brush it off like its not important. There was absolutely no empathy in your response. Do you treat clients in this manner because there are no competitors that offer the channels you do? Customers PAY a considerable amount for the "service" you provide.
