I went to withdraw money at 15:55 on the 31 March 2012. I put on my card, key in password and amount needed. The card came back and the money didn't come back not even a slip came back. I had no airtime to call the customer assistant centre, luckily I was with my sister who banks smart and was able to buy airtime whilst she has no airtime. We spent over R90 on a call of which we were helped at 16:45 almost an hour of holding without being assisted. My problem is, who should re-imbrues the airtime used, the service is limited and slow, its not user friendly and it chaotic. I'm disappointed with the bank service and its marketing skills.
