I am really disappointed with dstv!
After paying an outstanding balance, they are refusing to connect my services until the payment enters their account, despite me sending proof of payment.
They also gave me their account details over the phone. Very unprofessional and lots of room for error in paying.
This seems to be taking so long, I am not sure why.
I can't seem to speak to anybody in the call centre, it all seems to be automated response and none of which seem to offer a valid option.
I have waited and waited to speak to a call centre agent, only to be cut off time and again.

Dstv want to now charge me ANOTHER re connection fee even though the services are still cancelled due to an admin delay at their end.
All the email addresses I can find, or that I am given on the rare occasion I do get to speak to someone, seem to be returned with error in delivery messages.
This has now been going on for 2 weeks and I am essentially paying for half a month for which I have no channels.
Really poor customer service.
