On the 26th nov 2013, I contacted DSTV to ask them to upgrade services with North Indian Bouquet with my existing easy view, of which I still had a credit balance, as I was going under surgery and had paid them in advance. Today (4 days later) they have suspended my whole viewing and when sent me an sms to say that I have not paid an amount of R281-00 as well as now R50 for re-connection fee. I telephoned them and to no avail I was told that I was liable for these amounts. YES! the R281 I agree fully, but could they not give me enough time until I healed a bit and drove to a paying spot of multichoice. I do not do EFT to multichoice as previously I had to keep emailing and faxing them proof of payment for 10 months before they picked up my payment in the time of which they kept cancelling my DSTV. I asked to speak to the contact manager centre (MR Marlin) and they said no one was available. As an ardent and years old customer of DSTV, I certainly do not expect this kind of treatment, and furthermore I would like to give the extra R50 which I was told their system cut me off and charged me to and orphan for the blessings of hereafter, hope you understand, thanking you, Mrs Suleman
