On the 10/7/12 I called the call centre as I was having problems with my Xtra View. My HD channel was working fine, but the other 2 channels was showing error codes E 50 and not connected to TV2. I spoke to Tshepo Mandlana and explained my problem after 30 min it was not resolved and he told me to call a service provider, which I declined due to previously paying for DSTV mistakes.
He then told me that he will be disconnecting my Xtra View and I told him not to do that at all. He then said that I would be billed for to DSTV subs in future, which I told him I would not do as I am paying for a combined Xtra View package. I again warned him not to do any changes to my billing or package as he has not right. I then requested to speak to someone more senior he refused my request.
I then got very annoyed with him and again warned him not to do any changes to my existing package deal.
Last night I received a message from DSTV on my decoder to say one of my cards will be disconnected,
I phoned them this morning and they said that I had requested this and that I am now paying for 2 subs, Who in their right mind will do this. How can a call centre operator do changes to your account??
