WORST SERVICE FROM COMPUTICKET AND INTERCAPE

I Purchased an online travel ticket for my mom to travel on 12.02.13 from computicket and emailed a reerence number to her. However when she got to intercape they did not allow her on the bus (although they had her name on the list of passengers) Their reason was non verification of the purchaser's credit card. I immediately called Intercape to resolve the issue between 20.15 and 21:00hrs and the manager explained that they could not board her as Computicket had not released the funds to them and her ticket number was hidden. I TRIED to reach computicket who had closed and called the following morning. I spoke to both parties managers who failed to assist me.
Computicket asserts the information provided by Intercape is correct. I spoke to a manager at Intercape and requested a recording of my conversation on 12.02.13 and was told the recording cannot be located.
I requested a refund or a ticket voucher to which Intercape and Computicket refuse to give. I don't see why Intercape would allow the passenger on board when they had her details and also if there was not credit card verification why can i not get a refund. Surely there is no regard for customers and its clear!!
