Continuous and Unnecessary Disconnection

Since 15/11/2013, my service gets disconnected every day.
I call DSTV every day in order to view channels that I paid for on the 1st of November.
Everyday the service gets reconnected and I get told that the account will be sorted.
It is now 11 days later, still, I have to call in every day to reconnect.
