No Service At the Beginning of a Month

Hi

I am very disappointed by the service from Multichoice - DSTV. This is the 4th or 5th time that at the beginning of a month my service/channels are disconnected and i have to phone in to reconnect me. I have paid on time yet get disconnected, then need to phone in to the call center and wait in line, today i phoned and was the 108th caller!!! Im not holding on for that long!!! Last month i called and they apologized and reconnected me, so why is it happening again and again???

Please sort this out!!!
