Bad Service at the Call Centre

My DSTV account was disconnected even before the end of the 30 days period last month and this month as well. Had to pay the reconnection fee twice already, for this month I paid on Saturday morning and my DSTV was only reconnected only today and on top of all that waiting they did not connect all of my channels. I have spent over R150 worth of airtime trying to get through to their call center and I never did, the last call that I made I stayed holding for 20 minutes before I hung up. For such a huge company that renders such a vital service in our country I must say that the service that we are receiving from Multichoice could be much better than what we are receiving at the moment. I'm sitting here with my query not sorted out and out of options since I can not even get through to their contact center!
