My top tv decoder is switching off and on by itself. my friend brought his decoder to use but my smartcard will not work in the other decoder. top tv told me that i need to wright a email stating that he gave me the decoder and attach my id and his id with the email which i did. i phoned again tonight they got the email but they can not open it so i send it again which i did and i am still waiting for a telephone call from them.
